Refund & Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or partially consumed drinks

  • Gift cards or digital products

  • Sale or clearance items

Returns

To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received a refund after the stated period:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to be officially posted.

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, please contact us at support@bubly.com.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
